Beautiful and practical hotel

Very quite and nice location, close to the airport and close to other amenities. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The food was also very good

Much more than 3 star. Excellent.

Amazing from start to finish. 4 star quality at 3 star prices. Spotlessly clean. Room, staff, location, and facilities are second to none. Answered a survey after the first night, said the bed was a little hard, there was a topper fitted the same day. Very quiet hotel/area. Bus stop 3 minutes away to the mad parts of the island. 1 minute from room to the pools and 1 minute from the pool to the fabulous beach. No steps like most of the other hotels. I could go on all day about how good this hotel is. I will return and I have never said this before. Totally enjoyed my stay here.

Very enjoyable and relaxing.

The bedroom was a lovely size and clean. Very usefully positioned for the beach and far enough but close enough to the main road to get around the island. Hotel nicely maintained with lovely shrubs and trees. Mainly, courteous and friendly staff. Food very good with a variety for a vegetarian. The live entertainment in the evening varied a bit in quality and it was a shame that it was not better attended but it was enjoyable.

We didn’t tend to be there during the day but when we were there the music during the day seemed unnecessary and intrusive. The enclosed dining area was a bit noisy but I don’t think there is much you can do about that with the number of people there.

A lovely relaxing week in a clean and fabulous location ️

The location is just great. Right on the beach and you can walk along the promenade for miles. Such a clean hotel. Staff work so hard to keep it immaculate. Great food in the all inclusive buffet - lots of choice. Our room was amazing - 121 - a beautiful suite over looking the pool and you can see the beach. Wellbeing staff Jose and luna were very friendly and their stretching and yoga classes on the beach were brilliant. Entertainment was fun, very varied. The pools were lovely. Very clean, lots of sun beds, they are warm enough to swim in which we did every day as the weather was wonderful, which was a bonus. British guests in the minority but not a problem. We kept ourselves to ourselves and had a lovely, relaxing time.

Not a lot! Minor criticism is the all inclusive cocktails are just syrup. Bit disappointing but other drinks were good. No Wi-Fi in the room only on the balcony.

A lovely break, great sunshine helped!

The food was truly excellent. So much fresh fruit and salads, beautiful fish, lovely breads plus helpful Chefs on hand to help. A real highlight for us. We also loved Jose and Luna. They did great Pilates, and work and pool stretching and fitness! Again a highlight (Lorenzo & Juliet). The cleaning staff work tirelessly to keep the place ship-shape plus the maintenance team

I wrote to Guest Relations in advance re taxi transfer and also about my husbands birthday. No acknowledgment sadly. I spoke to Miriam who Miriam arranged for a card/chocs but these arrived on the room a day late. The whole holiday was for his birthday so sadly missed the mark! It was also disappointing that there was little management presence. When they were around, it was functional with no interaction with guests or welcome of any kind (normally on their phones!) A missed opportunity to ‘wow’ and also double-check that guests have all they need and are enjoying everything. Easy to do in the restaurant in the evening…

Brilliant views and comfy stays, a great holiday spot

The buffet breakfast was extensive with a wide range of tasty food.

I loved everything but my only thing is the breakfast hall is very busy. But I was grateful to be able to sit outside to avoid the hustle and bustle.

Lovely hotel onto a pretty beach

Beach position in a not over spoilt tourist resort. It was quiet at night -the style is beachy pale and modern- very nice public lounge and bar. There is a light fun atmosphere round the pool and at half term it was great to be children free. ( love them but done all that!) good vibe -live bands /activities / friendly clientele.

I would stay here again but only if I could be sure to get a room that truly faced the sea! On the Booking .com photo is much closer to the front of hotel so the side sea- view is more like a road/roundabout view if you are positioned at the back of the building ( sea view is then at the side of the balcony and far away) technically they are all standard rooms with a sideways sea view and prices should reflect their differences! IMO

Breakfast plenty of choices. But hot food not always hot which wasnt great.

Great value for money incredible breakfast

The breakfast buffet was delicious and many great choices. There was some type of entertainment every couple nights, from a DJ to flamenco dancers. Everywhere was very clean and the bed was ginormous and incredibly comfortable. The pools were super clean and there were water aerobics classes every day at around 1pm.

The room was quite small and the only source of light for the room was the balcony which was off to the very side so we never had much sunshine in the room. The location isn't close too much but the centre of Maspalomas is only a 20 min bus ride from the hotel which was great.

I loved the view from my balcony, proximity to the beach, the room was lovely. Enjoyed the aqua gym class and stretching on the beach Close to a few restaurants and bars

Very good surprise for a chill and relaxed time

It was my first "all inclusive" trip ever and i really liked it. This hotel is like a small oasis along the coast. It is only 20mn from the airport (take bus 66 for only 2,75 euros and stop at Clinica Rosa bus stop, only 5mn from the hotel). You can go to Maspalomas city by bus as well in 15mn. The rooms are confortable, the food is diversified (my favorite was the breakfast, they have chocolate churros, pancakes, diet croissant, fresh fruits, brunches ) and very good. The staff is smily and adorable. The ambiance is so cool and you just need 2mn to access to the beach. They provide beach towels. You can just chill at the swimming pool with chill DJ music, live bands,...and enjoy the snak and bar. There is a supermarket with everything inside the hotel. It was a good surprise to be there and I really relaxed there. I am curious to experience others Lopesan hotels.

I told the hotel they should just provide a fresh bottle of water in the room upon arrival. Also you should bring your body shower gel. They have shampoo, hand soap, hand cream.

Good Afternoon! They gave us the room at the “bungalows”, which was very nice, we had everything so close to us like the restaurant, lobby, pool and beach that was perfect! We were in love with the relaxing vibe that it’s present in this hotel, at night the entertainment is very relaxing and fun but it could be better, at 10.30pm the music stopped and there was nothing more. However, the hotel was pretty full, we never had to wait for food, which was amazing at all of the time. Staff, you can notice that they are very tired, they’re not so much and they have a lot of work to do, never had some problem with the staff they always try to help, you can find 1 or 2 not so good but that’s not problem, they are tired because of the quantity of work that they have, the high temperatures, in some areas there was no air conditioning, which isn't very good for working all day. In our room, we had a lot of “bugs” in the walls, on the table, on the bathroom. In terms of the kitchen/food, it’s very varied, there was always something for every taste. Also a very good point is that we always had sun lounger, in this hotel it wasn’t a problem at all. In the end of your stay in the hotel, they give you a paper basically “forcing” you that if you put 5stars on everything you can continue your last day in the hotel with all inclusive and in the end we spoke with a lot of people that whore doing the check out with us and nobody got it!! Overall, it’s nice, not luxurious but the vibes are very nice.

Great adult only hotel

We loved the fact there were enough sunbeds to go round, having said that the hotel was far from full. The location was excellent, especially for going for an evening walk by the beach.

Having to look for a table yourself for meals etc. I feel they could have shown you to a table without hunting around the dining room.
